If a caterpillar could speak, he might say, “Don’t lose hope, you never know what tomorrow will bring!” That’s exactly what this powerful work of art is reminding us. Because sometimes, when sadness takes over, it’s all too easy to only focus on the despair that’s weighing us down. And crying seems to be nature’s way of washing away the darkness in order to make room for the light.
This design, by artist Raven, was created with the vision of a journey from dark to light, where light represents freedom. Through the miracle of metamorphosis, just as the butterfly takes flight, the artist offers us hope of a better tomorrow.
