Life isn’t always a fairy tale. And although we all like to hear about happy endings, it’s important to remind ourselves that life isn’t always full of good people with good intentions.
This design, created by Spiffy Dame, is a reminder that human trafficking is a story that needs to be told. Like in the story of Cinderella, some teens who are down-and-out find a fairy godmother. However, unlike the fairy tale version, that godmother doesn’t always have the best of intentions. There are many people in the world who look to take advantage of at risk teens, eventually forcing them into the world of sex trafficking. Take a closer look at this design, and you’ll see how the young girl is being forced into a life of modern day slavery.
