WT is all about Defining Your Normal. So, let’s find out more about what makes you You!

What is your definition of ‘normal’?

Being normal is whatever makes you feel the most comfortable with how you present yourself. If that makes any sense. Be good enough for yourself and that is what being normal is. Self acceptance, no one else should dictate how you define normal.

We are all about celebrating people’s awesomeness, so what makes you awesome?

I think I’m pretty fun! I’m very scattered and all over the place, but I just like to utilize every hour in a day and pack it with worthwhile and fun activities.

What is a challenge that you face often in your life?

Being motivated, I sometimes need pep talks or pushing in the right direction. I really struggle with feeling ok every day.

What is the best compliment that you have ever received?

The silliest best compliment I ever got was “your eyebrows give me strength” and it was from a guy who was saying I had nice eyebrows. I’m big on eyebrows so I loved that compliment.

What was the best criticism you ever received?

It sure woke me up, one time a friend told me I was a people pleaser…and it was true for a while. I just wanted everyone to like me, but the truth is that is never going to be possible. I’ve woken up since then and I only focus on the people who matter to me.

What makes your life easier?

My family, they are so positive and up-lifting.

What makes your life more difficult?

Suffering from depression. It can make some days really tough.

What is your definition of success?

Waking up with a positive mindset that the energy you contribute to your day does matter in the grand scheme of things.

We are all changing and evolving all the time. How are you in the process of changing?

I still have no direction with my life and I’m not sure what I want to do for a career but I keep living each day with the desire to find out and I’ll always try and push myself more to reach whatever that is.

If you could interview anyone, whom would you choose?

I would interview Tom Cruise. I know everyone thinks he’s kooky and crazy but I think he’s a fantastic actor and I would really just like to talk to him person to person about how he deals with being famous etc. I’ve always been a fan and hold a lot of respect for him.
